If you buy a product directly from us and it does not meet your expectations, you can return the product within 30 days and we will pay for the return shipping within the USA—no questions asked. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the shipment.

Batting Tee Warranty

We offer a 3-year warranty for all batting tees. We cover any obvious defects - not covered are damages caused by misuse. All you need to do is send us a picture of the damage and we will happily help you in a timely manner. TOAD's 3-year warranty is only applicable to original purchaser with proof of purchase.
